Bedandbreakfast.eu offers B&B owners a convenient new function: ‘Importing guest information’. With just one click of the mouse you will get an overview of all old and new reservation requests that you have received through Bedandbreakfast.eu. The information of the requesters will be conveniently arranged in an Excel file (.csv).
Mailing list for marketing purposes
The .csv file shows the names and email addresses of the requesters and the status of each request. You can save the report on your computer. This way you can create a mailing list in a trice. Perfect if you want to email your guests with an attractive offer!
This is how you create an export of guest information:
Step 1: Go to the owner service of Bedandbreakfast.eu. In the upper menu click ‘My Account’ and in the drop-down menu click ‘Export guest information.’
Step 2: Click ‘Generate Report’.
An Excel file with an overview of all reservation requests is now automatically created. Save this export on your hard drive for further use. You can for example export the guest information to your email contacts or print the report and save it with the rest of your administration.
