Ready for summer? 3 tips for a top season!

Is your bed & breakfast ready for summer season? Prepare to welcome many guests with these 3 tips!

Tip 1: high in the list with a filled-in calendar
If you keep the availability calendar up to date, your B&B will appear extra high in the list on Bedandbreakfast.eu.

Did you know that you can easily keep your calendar up to date with your phone? Browse to Bedandbreakfast.eu with your smartphone and click the red icon in the upper right corner to log in. Your reservation requests are conveniently listed underneath each other. Simply click on a reservation request to respond to it.

Tip 2: extra reservations with sunny pictures
Sunny pictures of your B&B can lead to many extra reservations. Entice guests with pictures of an al fresco breakfast, a sitting area on the terrace, or a barbecue. You can quickly add pictures via the owner service.

Tip 3: make sure you have at least 5 reviews
Reviews are crucial to receive reservations. Guests can only write a review on Bedandbreakfast.eu if their stay is listed in the availability calendar. Therefore, be sure to manually add all your ‘external’ bookings, for example those made by telephone, to the calendar. The day after their stay, guests will receive an invitation from us to write a review. And if you place our reservation manager on your own website as well, the number of reviews will soon rise!

Do you have any questions about the calendar or about adding pictures? Is there anything else we can help you with? Feel free to contact us, we are always happy to help.

  • I’m opening up a bed and breakfast for the first time, so these tips will help me attract more customers. I haven’t posted many pictures online, so it seems like I should pay particular attention to tip #2. It makes sense that more people would book at places that have a lot of sunny pictures that make a bed a breakfast look warm and inviting to customers. I’ll remember that while I’m shooting photos this week. Thanks for the tips!
