Kunnen jullie e.e.a regelen?

    Alvast bedankt

      Dear Sonia,

If you rent out a room for B&B guests, you could ask them to pay part of the room price in advance, for example by PayPal or transfer. Be cautious with credit cards or bank cheques! There is a risk of fraud with uncovered cheques and credit cards. You can also let the guests pay the complete amount once they’ve arrived, for example cash or by PIN. In most cases, guests pay when they leave, but you can ask them to pay in advance: it’s you who makes the rules as the B&B owner. Just be sure to communicate your conditions clearly in advance, in a confirmation or welcome mail to the guests.

You can of course take an insurance against any damages in the B&B. A liability insurance is also highly recommended. Just tell your insurance agent that you are thinking about starting a bed and breakfast and ask for advice about the best insurance for you. You can of course always shop around for the best and most economical insurances.Good luck with your bed and breakfast!
